Press release of the Consulate General of Azerbaijan Republic regarding the discriminatory flyers in Los Angeles

The Consulate General of Azerbaijan strongly condemns the circulation of discriminatory flyers recently found in Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles.

We stand firmly against any form of racism, bigotry, or discrimination and support the rights of all nations and peoples to live without fear of persecution or violence. Such hateful and discriminatory language has no place in any society and disrupts the peace and harmony of the communities.

We reject any threat of violence against any nation or people, and call all to work together to build an inclusive and peaceful environment that respects diversity.

The Consulate General of Azerbaijan considers such actions as provocation, and urges the LAPD and other law-enforcement agencies to find the culprits behind these posters.
